Employers
pay more than 15 to 20 billion dollars in worker's compensation costs
each year. Eighty percent of workplace injuries are due to worker habits
and more than half are musculoskeletal (sprains and strains) in nature.
Our objective is to effectively partner with employers to reduce the costs
of work-related injuries by focusing on improving workplace design and
injury prevention and management. This goal is accomplished through a
proactive and integrated team approach which includes the employee, the
employer, the physician, the case manager, the clinician and other key
members.
